Want to get into running but now sure how? With the Couch to 5K Program our coaches have designed a 14-week training program that will help you reach your goal of completing a 5K run. No experience is necessary.
Starting Sunday, June 4th, 2017, we will meet once a week as a group where your coach will share tips on proper running technique and training. You will also be given workouts to complete during the week on your own (or with a friend).
To help reduce the risk of running related injury, at orientation our running shoes specialists will fit you for the proper shoe based on your unique running gait.
