Weekly Open Water Swim Group

Wednesdays @ 6:15pm Meet across the street from Coral Cove Park in Tequesta. All levels welcome. Don't forget your colorful swim caps, buoys, and goggles - all available now at Tri Bike Run!

Weekly Mountain Bike Group Rides

Sundays @ 8:15am (all rider levels welcome) Tuesdays @ 6:15pm (Intermediate and advanced riders) Meet at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Helmets, water, and park entry fee required. Join Club Scrub for 12 FREE entries! All riders are welcome on the Sunday ride. We break up into smaller groups based on speed and ability.

Weekly Road Bike Group Rides

Tuesdays @ 5:45pm, Thursdays @ 6:00pm, and Saturdays @ 7:15am Meet at Tri Bike Run. Rides average 19-22mph to Hobe Sound via Jupiter Island and back for a total of 30 miles.

Saturday Workshop Series

May 4 @ 2:30pm: Flat Tire Workshop Gain confidence in repairing or changing flat tires on your bicycle. We'll also show you what tools you'll need to carry in your flat kit to make repairs quickly and efficiently so you can get back to your ride.

May 11 & 18 @ 12-4pm: Kids Bikes Open House Inspire adventure! Our Kids Bikes Open House is the perfect opportunity to get the little ones out and having fun on bikes. Have questions about bike sizing for kids? One of our experts will help you find the right size and style for your riders.

May 18 @ 4pm: Running Injury Prevention Learn the strategies necessary to prevent running injuries from podiatrist, Aldo Gonzalez, DPM, of the Ankle & Foot Center of Florida.

May 25 @ 2:30pm: Bike Basics & Suspension Since our Ladies Only Bike Basics was such a hit, we're bringing it back and opening it up to all mountain bikers (not just the ladies!) You'll learn some basic skills when it comes to pre-ride safety checks, regular bike maintenance, simple repairs, and suspension set up.
