Sundays @ 8:15am (all rider levels welcome) Tuesdays @ 6:15pm (Intermediate and advanced riders) Meet at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Helmets, water, and park entry fee required. Join Club Scrub for 12 FREE entries! All riders are welcome on the Sunday ride. We break up into smaller groups based on speed and ability.
Tuesdays @ 5:45pm, Thursdays @ 6:00pm, and Saturdays @ 7:15am Meet at Tri Bike Run. Rides average 19-22mph to Hobe Sound via Jupiter Island and back for a total of 30 miles.

They'll show you what you need to get started and then go for a beginner-friendly ride on the Camp Murphy trails in Jonathan Dickinson State Park. We'll teach you everything you need to know to get started with cycling. Try out pedals, get fitted for cycling shoes, learn how to change a flat, and get some tips on hydration & nutrition.
